The Task Force had 23 members including students, parents, educators, and other professionals. The handbook is meant to be a comprehensive evidence-based guide for students, families, educators, and community members addressing state statutes and other issues related to dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, including their definitions and characteristics, early screening, effective core instruction, intervention strategies, special education services, special populations, and other topics.
